After winning the award, we found 30 factories in Guizhou.

一

On the day the Guizhou AI competition ended, I received a message.

"Mr. Fang, our factory would like to give it a try."

The sender was the director of a phosphorus chemical enterprise. He had listened to my pitch at the finals and asked for my contact information after the event.

He said: "Can the 'digital employee' you talked about run in our factory first?"

He wasn't the first. After the finals, companies reached out one after another. Some were referred through the competition organizing committee, others found us through media coverage.

The competition topic for the Guizhou contest came from Guizhou Phosphate, and the theme was "intelligent production processes in toxic and hazardous areas of phosphorus chemical production." The topic itself was a real need. We won the Innovation Award, proving the solution was viable, but the real test was not in the competition arena—it was in the factory.

二

We made a decision: find 30 small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou and run free pilot programs.

This wasn't about making demos. We actually went into factories, got on production lines, and put digital employees to work.

Why 30? Because 30 is enough to cover the main scenarios of the phosphorus chemical industry—inspection of toxic areas, monitoring parameters across three shifts, safety and environmental protection checks, and equipment ledger management. Once these 30 run through, all these scenarios will have been validated.

Why Guizhou? Because Guizhou is a major hub for China's phosphorus chemical industry. It is advancing pilot programs for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in cities, and for key industries such as phosphorus and phosphorus chemicals, it is promoting digital transformation of industrial enterprises through a model of "batch-by-batch advancement, platform-based support, lightweight transformation, and engineered implementation." The whole province is promoting "smart transformation and digital upgrading," building smart factories and 100 digital workshops, and carrying out digital diagnostic assessments for 1,000 SMEs. Moreover, Guiyang, as one of the second batch of pilot cities for SME digital transformation, offers subsidies of up to 600,000 yuan for digital transformation, with policy intensity ranking among the highest in the country. Policies are pushing, enterprises are searching, and our solution can be implemented—all three conditions are in place.

三

How to implement it? Three core designs.

First: governance alongside business operations.

The traditional model is "stop production → data governance → resume production." Factories don't dare to transform because stopping means losses. BossAgents' approach is the opposite: users continue business as usual, and the system automatically completes data governance in the background.

Operators monitor the production line as usual, while digital employees simultaneously collect data, clean data, and build associations. Business doesn't stop, and governance doesn't stop. The conversion rate of unstructured data increased from 30% to 95%, with zero downtime and zero disruption.

Second: the three-layer design of digital employees for industry-specific roles.

Instead of building a generic AI tool for factories, we assign digital employees by role—operator assistants for operators, workshop manager assistants for workshop managers, safety officer assistants for safety officers, and boss assistants for bosses.

Three-layer design:

First layer: Basic agents. Six core capabilities: recognize, create, repair, optimize, compare, and generate.

Second layer: Industry-role mapping. Operators, workshop managers, and safety officers perform different tasks in chemical versus electronics industries. We embed industry knowledge at the role level, enabling each digital employee to 'understand' industry-specific operations.

Third layer: Digital employee collaboration. Single-employee tasks are step one; multi-employee coordination is step two. Example: A workshop manager assistant initiates a purchase request → procurement assistant auto-compares prices → equipment manager assistant auto-links maintenance plans. One action triggers a chain without manual coordination.

Third point: Free pilot—use first, pay later.

30 enterprises get free trials; payment discussions occur only after proven results.

The Guizhou competition challenge came from Guizhou Phosphorus Group—a real industrial need. Winning the Innovation Award proved solution viability, but true validation happens in factories, not competitions.

ylxt.chat is live with 66 digital employees. General-purpose digital employees are ready-to-use—no training or deployment needed. Interested factories can join our pilot program.
