Test Summary

✅ Passed Paths:

1. Webchat input → ai-agent/chat → L3 LLM → procurement_workflow tool → boss_confirm_procurement confirmation → PO generation (Full process verified)
2. ai-agent/execute directly calls procurement_workflow → Same as above (Verified)
3. Digital Staff run → lite-scheduler → DS-PROC-001 worker → confirm interaction → resume recovery (Verified)
4. boss_confirm_procurement confirmation tool (verified: PO-42067237 ¥82,800)

Not tested / pending confirmation:

1. Email reply confirmation — No confirm_key matching logic found in code, email-service.js not integrated with procurement confirmation listener
2. Auto-approval upon timeout — Timeout auto-confirmation mechanism not implemented in ai-agent.js, global._pendingProcurements persists indefinitely
3. Webchat frontend auto-rendering — Need actual browser testing for UI feedback of auto_execute flow
4. Feishu path — Not tested (depends on Feishu polling + card push)

Known limitations:

• Product name garbled: Displays ???? × 10 during testing (Chinese encoding issue)
• Incomplete supplier emails: Only 3 out of 42 suppliers have valid emails
• Quotes are template data: Uses template quote automatically when wait_timeout=10 seconds
• resume POST requires three parameters: staffId+resumeId+choice

Conclusion: Core procurement end-to-end functionality is operational. The quick-button path requires frontend display of confirm interaction; email confirmation and timeout approval mechanisms are pending implementation.
