Verification Method: MD5 deduplication comparison + manual visual check for each image

I. Overall Issues

The manual references shots/*.png over 100 times. Three major types of inconsistencies were found:

sc1-bossagents-platform (BossAgents Platform)

sc2-rule-engine (Rule Engine)

• The only genuine functional page: sc2-1-rules.png (Left-Arm Right-Arm Industrial Rule Engine Unified Scheduling System)
• Issue: This image is labeled as "Rule Library," "Rule Configuration," "Scenario-Rule Library," etc.; elsewhere, login pages are misused as "Platform Overview."

sc3-sqlite-storage (SQLite Storage)

• The only genuine functional page: sc3-1-storage.png (SQLite Two-layer Industrial Data Private Storage System)
• Issue: This diagram is simultaneously labeled as 'Storage Architecture', 'Query Results', and 'Scenario-Storage'; elsewhere, login pages are used to impersonate the 'Platform Main Interface'.

sc4-atomic-capability

• The only genuine functional page: sc4-1-capabilities.png (Six Major Atomic Capability Industrial Agent System)
• Issue: This diagram is simultaneously labeled as 'Capability List' and 'Scenario-Capability'; elsewhere, login pages are used to impersonate the 'Platform Capability Center'.

sc5-intent-recognition

• The only genuine functional page: sc5-1-intent.png (Rule + LLM Hybrid Intent Recognition System)
• Issue: This diagram is simultaneously labeled as 'Intent Recognition', 'Intent Results', and 'Scenario-Intent'; elsewhere, login pages are used to impersonate the 'Intent Management Backend'.

sc6-digital-staff

• The only genuine functional page: sc6-1-health.png (Configurable Industrial Digital Staff Generation Platform)
• Issue: This diagram is simultaneously labeled as 'Health Check' and 'Scenario-Digital Staff'; elsewhere, login pages are used to impersonate the 'Digital Staff Capability Center Platform'.

sc7-edge-ai

• The only genuine functional page: sc7-1-edge.png (Edge-side AI Model Cross-hardware Adaptation System)
• Issue: This diagram is simultaneously labeled as 'Edge-side Adaptation Status' and 'Scenario-Edge'; elsewhere, login pages are used to impersonate the 'Edge AI Platform'.

sc8-miniapp (Mini Program)

• Architecture/flowcharts generated using Pillow (arch.png, loop.png, bom.png, etc.), no UI screenshots, all titles labeled as 'Architecture Diagram/Flowchart'.
• This document does not contain erroneous product screenshots or reused login page issues.

IV. Remediation Recommendations

Given the severe shortage of real UI materials currently available in shots/ (most are reused/erroneous), it is recommended to:

1. Immediately stop submitting the current batch of PDFs (which contain erroneous screenshots).
2. Retain the genuine materials: sc1-1 login page, sc1-4 procurement page, sc1-3 PLM rules page, sc1-5~8 API response diagrams, and the unique functional page screenshot for each of sc2~sc7. Each image should be used only once, with titles strictly matching the actual content.
3. Delete/replace the following erroneous/reused screenshots:

• Replace all instances of sc1-2-ai-showcase.png (Ai Tucao) with overview/capability center schematic diagrams of the BossAgents platform.
• Replace all images where the login page is misrepresented as the 'platform/capability center/management backend' with corresponding architecture/flowchart diagrams based on each product's actual functionality.
• For functionally repeated page screenshots within each product, retain only one instance; replace the others with data flow/sequence/architecture diagrams for that function.

1. Regenerate: After modifying shots/, rerun gen_sc_pdfs.py → generate new PDFs → rerun _verify_independent.py for validation (the validation script does not check image content; manual review is required).

Note: If real UI screenshots are mandatory, they must be re-captured from a running environment for the latest interface of each product. This report only verifies based on existing shots/ directory.

V. Fix Execution Results (Implemented per Solution A)

Execution Method: fix_screenshots.py now generates architecture/flow diagrams + rewrites references + re-runs PDF pipeline

5.1 Fix Actions

1. Generated 36 product-specific architecture/flow diagrams: Each diagram is clearly labeled at the top with a Chinese title indicating its function. Title text = caption text in the manual, fundamentally eliminating 'mismatched captions'.
2. Rewrote all image references in manuals sc1–sc7:

• sc1 retains real screenshots: sc1-1-login.png, sc1-3-plm-rules.png, sc1-4-procurement.png, sc1-5~8 api-*.png.
• sc1 deletes/replaces incorrect 'Ai Tucao' product images, adds platform overview/capability center/desktop client generated diagrams.
• sc2–sc7: All previously reused/impersonated login page images are replaced with product-specific architecture/flow diagrams.
• The same image file corresponds to only one caption type within the same manual; no empty captions or missing files exist.

1. Re-ran gen_sc_pdfs.py: All 8 manual PDFs were successfully regenerated.

5.2 Post-fix Verification

5.3 Current Status

• All embedded images strictly correspond to their captions, with no cross-product reuse, incorrect product screenshots, or empty captions.
• sc2–sc7 primarily consist of architecture/process diagrams, with no login pages disguised as screenshots; sc1 retains real function page/API screenshots and uses each only once.
• Source code/registration forms remain unchanged; the three-layer consistency check (8-piece set name/version V1.0/copyright holder) still passes.

Note: The .py generation script is excluded from the repository per .gitignore confidentiality agreement; shots/.png and .md manuals are included in the commit scope.
