Quality ↔ Process Digital Worker Real Verification Report
Generation Time: 2026-08-02
Verification Method: Directly connect to real data sources and run workers (SCSAI PLM real ItemType + local PPS/core_runtime.db), check success, dataSource, and false success/empty shells item by item.
1. Verification Results (13/13 Real Completed, 0 Failed)
| Item | Result | Real Data Source | Key Evidence |
|------|------|-----------|---------|
| ncr-worker | OK | SCSAI NCR (QS) | Returns real NCR count/status distribution |
| capa-worker | OK | SCSAI Quality Corrective Action | Uses keyed_name (DEV-00584), not name/status |
| audit-worker | OK | SCSAI Audit (QS) | Real audit count/distribution by type and status |
| spc-worker | OK | SCSAI Characteristic (QP) | Real process characteristics + target/tolerance |
| stat-worker | OK | SCSAI NCR/CAPA/Audit/Characteristic real-time aggregation | 7 KPIs + red light determination, no cache |
| fmea-worker | OK | SCSAI DFMEA/PFMEA (QP) | DFMEA/PFMEA actual item count + sub-object detection |
| qcc-worker | OK | SCSAI quality control card/inspection item (MES) | Actual QC card + inspection item count |
| Bridge:survey | OK | PPS mirror database sccapp_process_data.db | Full database inspection mark distribution (actual statistics) |
| Bridge:dashboard(10000097) | OK | PPS + SCSAI real-time KPI | Process file-level + global SCSAI KPI |
| Bridge:ncr_to_process(actual NCR) | OK | scsai_SCSAI | NCR true source parsing, root cause text inference accurately annotated |
| Bridge:process_to_quality(10000097) | OK | PPS mirror database | Inspection mark/critical process identification (industry-configuration driven) |
| inspect-worker | OK | PPS/bossagents production database | Three-phase data asset health inspection fully executed in production |
| cost-optimizer | OK | SCSAI Part/BOM real data | Queried 500 parts, analyzed 8 BOMs, generated rectification recommendations |
cost-optimizer marked "HOLLOW" as a detection heuristic false positive: its return structure is {success, result:{totalParts:500, bomAnalyses:8, recommendations:[...]}, healthy}, indicating genuine completion. Verification script confirmed it is not an empty shell.
II. Are the quality data issues resolved?
Digital worker layer (user's core concern): Resolved and verified through testing.
- All 7 quality workers use Q.getClient() to directly connect to SCSAI; connection failure results in success:false. If no data is found, it returns total:0 with a prompt for creation, never fabricating 0/empty shell/fake success.
- The NCR feedback loop for the quality↔process bridging worker is confirmed to source from SCSAI's true source (dataSource: scsai_SCSAI), with allowShadowFallback defaulting to false.
Routing/API layer: This round has been completed.
- server/routes/change.js:getWorkflowGraph originally synchronously read local quality_ncr/quality_capa (only TEST-NCR-001~008 test dummy data) and inserted into the change graph → has been changed to directly connect to SCSAI for real queries (consistent with the employee layer). If SCSAI is unreachable, it silently skips. Has been tested to return real nodes (NCR-0032/0033/0034, DEV-00584/00585).
III. Pending / Known Limitations (Not dummy data, truthfully labeled)
- The SPC/KPI section of quality-process-bridge still reads local spc_data_points/quality_kpi: by design, the bridge has truthfully labeled 'local table / operation_id and PPS process uid are in different domains / global scope not filtered by techUid', absolutely no fabrication of 0s. The ID mapping relationship between SPC collection and process operations has not been established (belongs to data source integration issues).
- ai-agent.js MODULE_TABLE_MAP (cleaned): Mapping for ncr/capa/inspections → local quality tables was dead configuration (no references in entire repository) and has been removed to avoid confusion.
- database1.js still CREATE TABLEs these quality_* tables (schema remnants, empty data), but the worker no longer writes to them.
- The only code still reading the local quality_ncr table is the bridge's allowShadowFallback:true explicit downgrade path (marked deprecated_local_shadow), which is not the default path.
IV. Side Effect Notes
- A real email was triggered during cost-optimizer execution: ? BOM Cost Optimization Report sent to tuan_zhang1976@qq.com (default behavior for this employee, not a defect). Please be aware of such external side effects when validating production environment employees.
- SCSAI credentials root/gyc123456; sourced from .env/config.yaml, sandbox network reachable (HTTP 200), verified as valid.
V. Changes in This Update
- server/routes/change.js: getWorkflowGraph's NCR/CAPA nodes now connect directly to SCSAI (replacing local mock data reads). Committed locally, pending git push.
- server/ai-agent.js: Remove dead configuration MODULE_TABLE_MAP (ncr/capa/inspections → local quality tables, no references found in the entire repository).
VI. Supplementary Verification for Process-Side Digital Workers (5/5 Actually Completed)
Expand inspection to uncovered process workers, execute each item to confirm real data sources and strict success criteria:
| Item | Result | Real Data Source | Key Evidence |
|------|------|-----------|---------|
| sccapp-sync-worker (health) | OK | SCSAI https://ylxt.chat/scplm | responseTimeMs:63, real serverUrl/database; success:false if SCSAI unreachable |
| sccapp-design-worker (stats) | OK | PPS mirror repository sccapp_process_data.db | real process file statistics; design analysis executed with real techUid=10000898 |
| sccapp-optimize-worker (bottleneck) | OK | PPS Image Library | Bottleneck analysis success:true, strictly determined by engine results |
| process-worker (default zero parameters) | OK | PPS Image Library | ppsMasterData.techFiles.total=25726, emptyRate=18.6%, totalSpecs=200 actual count |
| process-optimizer (zero parameters) | OK (Honest Failure) | Rule Engine+LLM+SCSAI | When capability not injected, success:false "Optimization capability unavailable", never fabricate solutions |
All process workers' run(staff, ctx, intent, parameters) are positional arguments, strictly determine success based on underlying engine results, no false successes, no empty shells. PPS Image Library (sccapp_tech_files=25726 / sccapp_procs=163441 / sccapp_fields=435210) actually carries process data.
chip-worker.js:207's _fallbackPartCRUD flag fallback:true returns success:true, verified as not a false success: when chipwise service is unavailable, it switches to getSharedClient() to actually query SCSAI for Part data, returning real items, which is an honest degradation rather than fabrication.
VII. Cross-worker Global Scan Conclusion
- _pvDb: No actual references remain at the worker layer (only commented declaration stating 'removed/no longer fallback'); the base layer server/shared/db.js is retained as per convention.
- False success fallback: The full worker scan found only one instance of fallback:true in chip-worker, confirmed to be a real SCSAI query degradation, not a false success.
- Hardcoded mock/fake data: All scan hits are commented declarations stating 'never use mock data / report errors honestly', consistent with implementation (equip/mkt/pm/vendor-review/cost, etc., all have success:false + complete guidance for honest failure paths).
