Quality documentation with BossAgents: from inspection records to deliverable reports
Inspection data is archived as objects automatically, reports generate in one click, and the traceability chain closes by itself — freeing quality engineers from document work.
How are quality reports generated?
After inspection records (incoming/in-process/final) are entered or synced via interface, they are archived into the object model automatically; the docs digital-employee assembles inspection data, nonconformities and disposition conclusions into a report per your industry template, ready for human sign-off.
How deep does traceability go?
In the object model, BOMs, work orders, material lots and inspection records are related objects — from a finished-goods lot you can trace back to material lots, work orders and operators. The desktop client offers BOM-cost/scheduling/quality-traceability views with level-by-level drill-down.
Can the NCR process be automated?
Yes: a nonconformance triggers an NCR object; agents generate quarantine/review/closure suggestions per your disposition rules, human gates remain for key decisions, and the whole process is auditable.
