How long from contract to go-live?
Two steps: the trial build runs the same day (prove scenario value, 3-day trial); formal private delivery is scheduled per module — a single module is typically measured in weeks, the full 8-module loop per your system inventory. Training/certification (L0–L3) runs in parallel with delivery.
Does delivery include training?
Yes. From the L0 open course (1,980–2,980 CNY/person) to the L3 long-term operations subscription (5,000–15,000 CNY/month); the completion certificate is a hands-on platform certification and also the entry credential for the partner system — your staff can run the system internally and certify externally after finishing.
Who maintains it after go-live?
Private deployments include operations support: the L3 long-term operations subscription covers ongoing operations; the regional partner network (target 1,000+ signed agents) provides local service and delivery, so support is not tied to a single vendor team.
